You own how the room looks. That covers the wall wash lights, the overall ceiling brightness, and running the lighting to the schedule as the day moves from setup through to the evening.
What you'll be doing
Setup
- Rig and aim the wall wash lights — Both long walls
- Set room ceiling light brightness
During the event
- Run the lighting schedule — Dim for the evening block
Teardown
- Strike and pack the lights
Capital LAN available tools
Kit and systems this role has at its disposal.
- 16x DJ RGB Lights
- Website Control Panel — Set scenes and schedule

12PM to 5PM, 5PM to 10PM
Commitment
About 4 hours, Thursday setup plus evening checks
