Tickets & registration

What's included with my badge?

Each badge type includes different features. Visit our tickets page to see what's included with each badge type.

How do I register?

Purchase a badge through our online ticket system. Pick your badge type, choose your seat (for BYOC badges), and complete your purchase.

Can I buy a badge for someone else?

Yes — when purchasing, select "Someone Else" and search for their username or enter their email address.

What is the refund policy?

Email info@capitallan.com for refund requests. We handle them case-by-case.

Tournaments

How do I register for tournaments?

Browse the tournament list and click any tournament for details. Some require a Complete Access or VIP badge.

Can I create a team?

Yes — for team tournaments, you can create a team and invite other attendees. Team-size requirements vary by tournament.

What if I need to drop out of a tournament?

Unregister through your registration page. Please drop early if you know you can't attend so others can fill the spot.

Tabletop gaming

Can I host a tabletop match?

Yes — any attendee can create a tabletop match. Visit the tabletop page and click "Create Match".

Do I need to bring my own games?

We have a board-game library, but you're welcome to bring your own favorites.

What badge do I need for tabletop gaming?

All badge types include access to tabletop gaming areas.

When is Capital LAN 2030?

Capital LAN 2030 runs from Monday, March 22nd at 2:46 PM through Thursday, March 25th at 2:46 PM. The venue is open around the clock for the entire event — game all night if you want.

What should I bring?

Tabletop badges: just yourself — all gaming equipment is provided.
Complete / VIP badges: your computer/console, peripherals, games, and any personal items. We provide the table, power, and network.

Is food available?

Food vendors and concessions throughout the event. Outside food is also permitted.

Can I leave and come back?

Yes — your badge allows re-entry. Have it scanned when leaving and returning.
